HDVK & Associates is run by Mr. Vinay Kumar HD from one office in Akshaynagar West. The same person who files your return is the one who reads your loan file and appears on your matter.
Most people in this position keep three relationships going at once: an accountant for the returns, an advocate when something reaches a court, and an agent for the cover. Each one knows a third of the situation.
This office was set up on the opposite principle. Tax and GST, project reports and loan consultancy, balance sheets and audit, insurance, business structuring, representation in court, and the supply of school and student equipment all sit with one practice, so the person advising on the loan already knows what the return said.
That is the whole proposition. It is not a larger firm, and it does not claim to be. It is one office where the file stays in one place.
The Principal
Vinay H.D. — Entrepreneur, Educationist, Social Impact Leader.
Vinay's path to HDVK & Associates ran through a postgraduate degree in Commerce, roughly three years preparing for the Civil Services at Rau's IAS Study Circle in New Delhi, and international corporate exposure at Fidelity (Boston), IBM (Bengaluru) and GMAC with WNS (Minneapolis). From 2009 to 2013 he was visiting faculty in Commerce and Management at colleges in Bengaluru before founding ORANGES in 2014 and building a wider ecosystem in education, child development, aquatics and social initiatives.
He is Founder of ORANGES, Founder & Chairman of Shri Prema Sai Educational and Charitable Trust, and Founder of HDVK & Associates. Alongside the trust, his ventures include Oranges Preschool, Oranges Aquatics and Oranges Care, each working toward the same goal: education, empowerment and opportunity for children, communities and a better tomorrow.
